Custom Connect Solutions - Custom Reports

Custom reports internal (part of ConnectWise system) or external (SSRS external access) can be designed for specific client needs and requirements.

The steps for customization typically include:

• Brief phone meeting to determine the report specification
• Create report mockup with customer and/or review existing report or examples if available
• Customer to answer/fill in basic spreadsheet (grouping etc)
• Excel mockup is returned to customer for approval
• Once the mockup is approved by the customer, the customer will complete a brief site survey for report deployment
• Once specifications are agreed upon and the survey is completed, the report is estimated and pricing is provided
• Sign a contract for the report
• Report Creation and Delivery

Internal (ConnectWise) reports are developed and deployed to your servers and will appear with the designation “Custom” in the reports section of ConnectWise under "Type". All reports are created with custom stored procedures, functions, objects, etc., therefore ConnectWise objects are no overwritten. (see screen shot)

All reports come with a user specification sheet describing the functionality and parameter choices.

We can also provide assistance with your SQL configurations and SSRS deployment on a time and material basis, if required.

Prior to report purchase the Customer Survey Report (PDF) needs to be completed and returned via email or fax (412.677.1501). This is to ensure that the report will function in your current SQL environment. Password information can omitted until time of purchase/install.(Click through to System requirements)
